As a parent, I believe that we all try to instill in our children a sense of community and helping others through our daily actions and by volunteering. Nathan has been a member of the YMCA pretty much since it opened, and has enjoyed a wide variety of programs over the years. When he reached an age where we could start doing things together, I thought that volunteering would be a good opportunity to give back to the people and place that has given us so much. In the future, I hope that we will continue to be a part of the YMCA family.
